These Terms of Service govern the use of the rl-dev.de bot hosting platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

We provide hosting infrastructure for Python and Node.js bots. Service features include instance management, FTP access, resource monitoring, and log access. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for maximum availability.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Only host bots and applications you own or have permission to run
• Not use the service for illegal activities, spam, DDoS attacks, or crypto mining
• Not attempt to access other users instances or data
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Content & Liability

You are solely responsible for the code and data you upload. We do not monitor bot content but reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms. We are not liable for damages caused by bot malfunction or third-party actions.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed via PayPal. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard.
